I replaced three batteries in my laptop. None worked. Called DEll and used their battery but still problem. Used this charger and no more issue. Laptop charges and work fine. I guess lot of folks do not realise that it is the charger not the battery that is the problem most of the time. If you do not use the right charger or cheap charger you are going to have the same problem I have.

Arrived on time. Looks like my original Dell adapter. Charges without problem mine Dell XPS 13″ laptop. Have it for a week and I am pleased with the purchase so far.
